RECEPTION INSTRUCTIONS

CHECK IN

From 14.00 to 20.00. In case of arrivals at times other than those indicated, please notify us in advance.

Upon arrival it is mandatory to show a valid personal document to allow the administrative and bureaucratic formalities required by law.

CHECK OUT

To be done before 11.00.
In the event of a prolonged stay, we ask you to notify us promptly in order to check the availability of the room.

LATE CHECK OUT

€20.00 in addition until 3.00 pm.

After this time, the cost of an overnight stay will be applied.

THE KEYS

The keys are delivered upon check-in.

In case of loss, the cost of the replacement will be charged
of the lock and everything that will be needed to restore the safety of the building.

SERVICES AND RULES OF CONDUCT

ROOM CLEANING

Daily cleaning is done in the morning with free room by 10:30.

The change of towels and sheets is provided once a week.
Extra cleaning and supplies of linen can be requested for a fee.

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00.

INTERNET ACCESS

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the farmhouse including the garden.

The password is delivered upon check-in.

 

PARKING

Parking is free and unguarded.

There are no particular risks, however therewe advise you to lock up the cars.

The Management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left inside the structure.

 

PETS
Pets are allowed without additional charges.

It is not allowed to leave pets alone inside the structure.

 

SMOKING PROHIBITED

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, including the bedroom and bathroom.

Violation will result in a penalty

 

WASTE SORTING

The agritourism carries out separate waste collection, therefore guests are asked to use the appropriate containers.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

The heating and air conditioning can be managed independently by the Guests;

the temperature inside the room must in any case comply with the regulations in force on the subject.

​It is recommended to check that the windows are closed during the operation of the convectors.

BREAKAGE REPORTING

Guests are kindly requested to report any accidental breakages caused during their stay. Breakages may be charged at cost price.

FOR THE RESPECT OF ALL

We invite our guests:

  • to adopt a behavior that respects the peace and relaxation of other customers, especially during the day and night hours of rest.

  • not to use extra heating appliances and open flames in the rooms.

  • to respect the environments, equipment and furnishings found in the farmhouse. The Management reserves the right to request compensation for any damage to objects, furnishings and equipment.

  • not to bring people from outside the farm into the rooms or common areas without notice.

  • to be respectful of the environment and to minimize waste.

  • to supervise the children inside the agritourism, the Management declines all responsibility for accidents involving children left unattended.

  • to exercise the custody and surveillance of their animals. Any damage caused by the animals is the responsibility of the owners.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations can be made either by telephone or via email or online booking form.

​The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, by bank transfer, equal to 50% of the total amount.

PAYMENTS

The balance of the payment for the stay will be paid on the day of departure.
The payment methods accepted at our facility are:
cash / debit / credit card

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties:

no penalty will be applied up to 20 days before the arrival date;

subsequently the requested deposit will be retained.

In case of early departure, the entire cost of the booked stay will be charged.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data and any other element learned from ours
Company during the course of the assignment, they will be
subject to secrecy and will be treated in the
respect for the confidentiality and rights of the person through
the systematic application by us of appropriate
protection and guarantee measures prepared for both the
paper and electronic processing of data and measured at
specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or
sensitive or judicial data).
Pursuant to and for the effects of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Customer is informed
that your personal data will be processed only for the
purposes determined by the contractual relationship for these purposes (ibid
including accounting and administrative purposes)
